What is the Robin + Rose Nature subscription box?

A one-of-a-kind box for nature-loving women, filled with seeds, a beautiful book, a simple craft, a nature art print and a magazine full of articles by women who love nature. 

How does it work?

The boxes are shipped with the new season, so all you have to do is subscribe and you'll either be shipped this season's box depending on stock levels, or the next season's box. Normally, cut offs are the 15th of the month before the box is due to ship, so 15th August, November, February or May.

 

When will I receive my box?

Boxes are shipped at the start of the following months

September (Autumn)

December (Winter)

March (Spring)

June (Summer)

Payment is taken on the 15th of the month before, ie. on the 15th August, November, February and May.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes! You can cancel before the 15th of the month before the next subscription by signing into your account here, clicking "Subscriptions", "Manage", "Subcription settings" and "Cancel", or get in touch with Jenny at robin.and.rose.nature@gmail.com

How does payment work?

Payment is taken on the 15th of the month before, ie. on the 15th August, November, February and May.

How do I cancel or change my subscription or details?

You can cancel your payments, or edit your subscription or details at any time by following this link.

Where do you ship?

At the moment I only ship to the UK, but if there is enough interest I will consider posting to other areas - please do get in touch at robin.and.rose.nature@gmail.com

Terms and Conditions

 When you buy a subscription from Robin + Rose Nature you’re agreeing to our terms and conditions as follows:


Shipping

Robin + Rose subscriptions are shipped on a quarterly basis. We aim to ship boxes by the 15th of each billing cycle, so the 15th September, December, March and June.

Delivery may take longer at the moment due to COVID-19. Please be patient but you can email Jenny at robin.and.rose.nature@gmail.com for queries.


Subscription cut off

Make sure you’re signed up as soon as you can, as once the boxes have sold out there won’t be any more! The cut off for boxes is the 15th of the month before the box is released, ie. 15th August, November, February and May. If you order after these dates you will receive the next quarter’s box and be billed on the 15th of August/November/February/May, whichever is soonest. Log in to your account here to change your details/subscription or cancel.


Payments

Your chosen payment card will be billed on the 15th August, November, February and May until your subscription is cancelled. Your box will be received within 2-4 weeks of billing. Please be patient, I’m a one woman army!


Auto renewal

Subscriptions will renew automatically by default. If you wish to order just one box, click the “gift” tab upon checking out.

If you want to cancel your subscription you  can do so by following this link and editing your account.


Damaged/missing/lost boxes

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time with no hidden payments. Please make sure you cancel your subscription before the 15th of August/November/February/May. You can cancel by logging into your account here, or get in touch with Jenny at robin.and.rose.nature@gmail.com.


Returns

You can receive a refund for any unopened box within 30 days of delivery. Please note that we do not offer free returns.
